No–Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls

(From Our July 2019 Newsletter - Grandma C.)

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2 scoops (from the scoop in the can) chocolate flavored protein powder

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter (preferably natural with no added sugar)

  • 2 TBSP chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon in a medium mixing bowl, then form into 1 inch balls and place on a piece of waxed paper.

After an hour or so, layer them in a container using waxed paper to separate.

You can refrigerate them but it isn´t necessary unless you live in a warm, humid climate… they might get a little sticky.  So easy!
