A Plan Of Action If Your Current Plan Is Falling Short!
If you have a dental plan with another company and you have reached this page then there MUST be a reason why!
- Your plan doesn't offer the coverage you need
- The price of your plan is going up
- Your dentist no longer participates in the plan
- You are not happy with the customer service provided by your plan
and the list could probably go on and on!
At this point you would probably like to cancel your current plan and join another, right? However, there's just one small problem. Your current plan doesn't refund membership dues!
Problem Solved!!!
Simply follow these instructions
- Check to see if your dentist accepts Savon or select a new provider
- Examine the Schedule of Fees and Benefits for your state
- Read and understand what our Basic Plan offers
- Download the Conversion Application
- Fill it out
- Mail the completed application and your identification cards from your current plan to Savon
- Do not send any money with the application
Once we receive your application and identification cards, we will
- Send you new identification cards with the same expiration date as your current plan
- Cover you and your family at no charge until your plan expires
- Renew your plan, if you choose to, at our current membership rates
- If the primary member is age 65 or older, you will be placed on our Senior Plan (all the benefits of the Basic Plan, at a reduced cost
Rules For Conversion
- This offer is for the Savon Dental Plan Basic Plan only
- It must be use as a replacement plan for a plan currently in force with another company
- This offer open to new and previous members
- This offer is is available only in states where Savon has Network Preferred or Network Participating Providers
